What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. For orders with multiple designs (same structure, different artwork), each design requires a separate MOQ of 1,000 pcs. For very large volumes (50,000+), volume pricing discounts are available — contact us for a custom quote.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer a free pre-production sample for all new orders. The sample will be produced with your actual artwork and material spec. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Sample production typically takes 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
What file format should I submit for my artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, and EPS formats. Files must be in CMYK color mode at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Bleed and safe zone requirements will be provided with your dieline template. If you don't have artwork, our in-house design team can create it for free.
Are the materials compliant with FDA and North American food-contact standards?
Yes. All materials we use are food-grade and compliant with FDA 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations), EU Regulation 10/2011 for plastic food-contact materials, RoHS, and REACH. Compliance documentation and SGS test reports are available upon request.
What shipping methods are available to North America?
We offer express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small-to-mid orders, air freight for medium volumes, and FCL/LCL sea freight for large orders. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) terms are available. Transit times: express courier 5–10 days; sea freight 20–35 days to US/CA west coast ports.
Can you accommodate custom sizes not listed in your standard range?
Absolutely. Custom dimensions are one of our core capabilities. Share your required width, height, tablet count, and tablet dimensions, and our engineering team will design a custom dieline and quote accordingly. There is typically a one-time tooling fee for non-standard sizes.
Do you offer child-resistant packaging options?
Yes. We offer child-resistant tear-notch designs and can incorporate child-resistant seal configurations. If your product requires PPPA (Poison Prevention Packaging Act) compliance for the US market, please mention this in your inquiry so we can recommend the appropriate configuration.
